What is a priority matrix?
A priority matrix, also called a decision matrix, ranks a list of items along two axes instead of leaving the order to whoever argues loudest. The classic setup compares importance against difficulty, but the same grid is what people mean by an Eisenhower matrix when the axes are relabeled urgent and important, after the framework attributed to Dwight D. Eisenhower for sorting tasks into quadrants.
